Privacy Policy
This policy describes how 52 Fun Game (“we”) handles
information in the iOS app First Words: Toddler Play
(bundle ID com.52fungame.firstwords). The app is made for
young children, typically ages 2–4, and is used with a parent or
caregiver.
1. Short version
We do not create accounts, we do not show ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs. Play content lives on the device. The only network features are Apple’s in-app purchase / restore, and opening this policy or support page if a parent taps those links.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, sell, or share:
- names, photos, contacts, or location
- email addresses or phone numbers from inside the app
- game scores, play history, or audio recordings of the child
- advertising IDs or tracking identifiers
The app does not require sign-in. Children’s play screens do not show prices, purchase copy, or other text meant for adults.
3. Information stored only on the device
The app may save the following locally (for example in iOS UserDefaults) so settings survive the next launch:
- text language and voice language
- background music and sound-effect on/off
- whether the opening animation or scratch tutorial has been seen
- whether full content is unlocked on this device
This information stays on the device. Deleting the app deletes it. We cannot see it from our servers because we do not operate a game backend for this app.
4. Purchases
Optional full-content unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Payment details, Apple ID, and Family Sharing rules are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your card number or Apple password.
Purchase and restore require an internet connection. A simple math gate is shown before parent settings and purchase so a child cannot complete a transaction by accident.
5. Internet use
After installation, the game content can be played without a network.
The app may use the network only to:
- load Apple’s in-app purchase product, complete a purchase, or restore a purchase
- open this privacy policy or the support page from parent settings
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not load advertising scripts.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, including children under 13 (and under 16 where that is the relevant age). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us using the support page and we will delete it.
7. Third parties
We do not embed advertising, crash-reporting, or analytics SDKs in the app. Apple provides the App Store, TestFlight (during testing), in-app purchase, and device operating system. Those services are governed by Apple, not by us.
8. Retention and your choices
On-device settings last until you delete the app or reset the device. To remove the local data, delete the app. To stop a future charge you never started: do not complete the in-app purchase. For Apple ID, billing, or Family Sharing questions, use Apple Support.
9. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy nutrition labels.

简要说明
我们不要求注册账号，不投放广告，也不使用分析或追踪 SDK。游戏内容保存在设备本地。会用到网络的情况只有：通过 Apple 完成购买/恢复购买，以及家长点击隐私政策或支持链接。
我们不收集的信息
- 姓名、照片、通讯录、位置
- 应用内的电子邮箱或电话号码
- 孩子的游戏成绩、游玩记录或录音
- 广告标识符或追踪 ID
仅保存在本机的信息
应用可能在本机保存：界面语言与语音语言、背景音乐/音效开关、是否看过开场或刮卡引导、本机是否已解锁完整内容。删除应用即删除这些数据。我们没有游戏服务器，因此看不到这些内容。
购买
完整内容为 Apple 处理的一次性（非消耗型）内购。付款信息与 Apple ID 适用 Apple 隐私政策。我们收不到银行卡号或 Apple 密码。购买前会先经过简单算术题，避免儿童误购。
儿童
我们不会故意收集儿童（包括 13 岁以下，以及适用 16 岁标准的地区）的个人信息。如认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过支持页联系，我们会删除。
